Debit Llama provides wallet abstraction for crypto payments and a secure checkout process for customers. All accounts are smart contract based and non-custodial. DebitLlama is not a money transmitter! We do not have access to the user funds at any point. We provide a database of meta-transactions for better user-experience.

The Service acts solely as a technology provider facilitating on-chain interactions between merchants and customers. We are not a party to, and assume no responsibility for, any underlying transaction, sale of goods, or provision of services between merchants and customers.

5. Intellectual Property

• a. All content and materials on this website are the property of Debit Llama and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent.
• b. You may not modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from the content on this website.
• c. Any smart contract source code released by Debit Llama under an open-source license is governed by the terms of that license, which shall take precedence over this section with respect to that code.

6. User Accounts

• a. You may be required to create an account or connect a wallet to use certain features of the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and wallet credentials.
• b. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account or wallet, whether or not authorized by you.
• c. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

7. Fees

Use of certain features of the Service may incur fees, including network (gas) fees, service fees, or merchant-set fees. Applicable fees will be disclosed prior to completion of a transaction where reasonably practicable. Blockchain network fees are outside our control and may fluctuate independently of any fees charged by Debit Llama.

• a. Digital assets and blockchain technology carry inherent risks, including but not limited to price volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, irreversible transactions, and regulatory uncertainty.
• b. Transactions submitted to a blockchain network are generally irreversible. We cannot reverse, refund, or cancel a transaction once it has been confirmed on-chain.
• c. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that you are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with using the Service.
• d. Nothing on this Website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before engaging in any transaction.

9. Disclaimers

• a. Debit Llama does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information on the website. The use of this website is at your own risk.
• b. Debit Llama is not responsible for any errors or omissions on the website.
• c. Debit Llama is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use of this website.
• d. Debit Llama does not guarantee the fulfillment of the agreement between a customer and a merchant. Use it at your own risk!
• e. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• f. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Website or any underlying blockchain network.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Debit Llama, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
